Pasco County offers assistance of up to $70,000 in interest free loans. Some qualify for a 5 year deferment. Tampa Bay CDC offers assistance of up to $15,000.

Please print the form and submit the form to the Tampa Bay CDC as stated on the application. There is a $15 fee per person. The Tampa Bay Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a HUD-approved non-profit organization whose mission is to promote homeownership opportunities to low and moderate income households in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
